At Little Ivory, we aim to provide you with the best quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and customer-friendly return and exchange policy.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories and certain hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable.
Return & Exchange Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details.
- Once your request is approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.
- Products must be shipped back in proper packaging to avoid damage.
- After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality check.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange a product (size or preference), we will provide:
- Replacement (subject to availability), or
- Store credit (valid for a limited time)
- Important Notes:
- Requests made after the return window will not be accepted.
- Products that fail quality check will not be eligible for return or refund.
